Metaphysical Model

Mic Albion’s work began as an inferential argument asking, “what would it mean if astrology were real?” Can we reduce such an assumption down to testable first principles, through abstract system analysis and inferential pattern observation, to reach a point that provides an objective level test of a likely biological mechanism? Based on that analysis, we determined the following model would need to be true for astrology to be plausible:

The first and base claim of all systems of astrology is that:

1.      There is a measurable pattern between human conscious behavior and the position or influence of celestial objects.

Whether this is the result of object quantity, spacing, astrochemical composition, mass or a direct or indirect relation to solar torsion fields, human behavior would have to evolve to utilize those influences in some manner.

If this is the case, when we expand outwards to view the context of all possible solar systems, we see this vast, unimaginably large, array of total systems. Each, if suitable for sentient life, would enable a form of existence respective to those system object qualities. The collection of such systems represents a near infinite potential for linear sentient expressions. From this, we can reasonably infer that the required juxtaposition needed for such linear experience to exist is that:

2.      Our observable universe is a non-linear intelligent form experiencing itself in a linear realm.

To facilitate such a system, that same intelligent form would need to be able to read and write those lived linear experiences in some way. It would have to break off pieces of itself and merge with matter, through a biologically contained travel mechanism. Such a system aligns with the concept of a soul and tells us essentially:

3.      Consciousness is a piece of that form which is received and translated through neural cognition.

Resultingly, if this is the purpose and function of our realm of existence, then we can derive that:

4.      The objective standard of morality is seeking a maximization of that underlying system’s utility.

So, for any problem within conscious existence, we can find an immediately inferable solution by asking does this minimize or maximize universal existential utility.
